Among these CNC turning:
- lathing pieces and flanges up to a diameter of 600 cm

CNC milling::
- 5-axis-processing, also simultaneously
- round work pieces up to app. 900 mm Ø
- rectangular work pieces up to 1,000 mm in length

Drilling:
- tapered and slant bores of highest surface quality and precision
- precision bores of less than 0.05 mm
- round work pieces up to 900 mm Ø
- rectangular work pieces up to 1,000 mm in length

Lapping / fine lapping / bevelling:
- round work pieces up to app. 400 mm Ø
- rectangular work pieces up to 1,000 mm in length
- face and flat grinding

Our range of services also includes various other precision parts, for example micro-products such as critical nozzles, micro-nozzles, valve seats, etc., but also parts for machine construction. State-of-the-art CAD and CAM systems are available for the realization of customer requirements. Any customer request can be handled in an efficient and individualized manner.
